A 3-day retreat to slow down, listen, and remember. Time in nature, ritual, reflection, and shared presence at Whose Land near Fall City.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen, and remember, in relationship with yourself, the land, and one another.
Intuitive Embodiment is not about learning something new, it’s about reconnecting to what your body, the earth, and your inner knowing have always carried. Through time in nature, ritual, reflection, and shared presence, we soften out of urgency and return to what is real, felt, and alive.
Community is a core part of this experience. There is deep medicine in being witnessed without being fixed, being heard without needing to perform, and sharing space with others who are also listening inward.

Deepening body awareness and somatic listening.
Slowing down and reconnecting to your natural rhythm.
Intuition as a felt, embodied experience, not a concept.
Connection to nature as a mirror for inner wisdom.
The healing power of being seen, felt, and heard in safe community.
Remembering yourself as part of the earth, and part of a shared human experience.
This retreat is for anyone ready to reconnect with themselves and others in a deeper, more embodied way.
No prior experience with meditation, somatic work, or spiritual practice is needed.
All levels of awareness are welcome. Come exactly as you are, you will be met there.
This retreat is held with a trauma-informed, consent-based approach.
Participation is always optional, sharing is invitational, and listening is done without fixing or judgment. You are encouraged to honor your own pace, needs, and boundaries throughout the weekend.
