A 3-day retreat to slow down, listen, and remember. Time in nature, ritual, reflection, and shared presence at Whose Land near Fall City.
You've Done the Work. So Why Does Something Still Feel Missing?
From the outside, your life may look like it's working.
You're the one people rely on. The one who remembers what needs to be done. The one who checks in on everyone else, keeps things moving, and somehow finds a way to carry more than seems reasonable.
You may have spent years healing. You've gone to therapy. Read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Learned the language of nervous systems, attachment styles, boundaries, and inner child work. You can explain why you react the way you do. You understand your patterns.
And yet, something still feels unresolved.
Maybe your mind rarely stops moving. You replay conversations while driving home. You spend hours researching, planning, preparing, or trying to figure out the "right" decision. You think about what you feel more often than you actually feel it.
Maybe rest feels strangely uncomfortable. When things finally quiet down, you find yourself reaching for your phone, making another to-do list, checking on someone else, or creating another project to focus on.

Maybe you're tired in a way sleep doesn't seem to fix.
You tell yourself you'll slow down after this week. After the event. After the relationship settles. After the next big decision. But there always seems to be something else waiting for your attention.
Some days you feel deeply connected, clear, and alive. Other days anxiety hums quietly in the background. You second-guess yourself. Feel scattered. Numb. Restless. Like you're always moving but never quite arriving.
You know what healing looks like intellectually.
But a deeper part of you longs to experience it.
To trust yourself without constantly needing reassurance.
To feel grounded instead of always managing.
To be present in your life instead of observing it from a distance.
To stop carrying everything.
To stop performing wellness and start living it.
If this feels familiar, you're not alone.
And this retreat was created with you in mind.
Join us for a deeply restorative Intuitive Embodiment Retreat—an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body's wisdom, and soften into the rhythms of the land.
This retreat is an invitation to pause the constant doing, striving, fixing, and figuring it all out. To listen deeply and remember what has always been within you, in relationship with yourself, the earth, and one another.
Intuitive Embodiment is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself. Reconnecting with the wisdom of your body, the guidance of your intuition, and the deeper knowing that can so easily become buried beneath the demands of everyday life.
Through gentle somatic practices, nature immersion, ritual, reflection, rest, and supportive community, we create space to step out of urgency and back into presence. To move beyond understanding yourself intellectually and into a lived experience of trust, connection, and embodiment.
Each day will offer a balance of guided experiences, personal reflection, connection, and rest. You can expect a blend of:
While there will be a loose structure to support the flow of the weekend, we will also honor spaciousness, allowing room for rest, spontaneity, and what naturally emerges within the group.
This retreat is for those who have spent years caring, giving, supporting, and showing up for others, yet quietly sense that they have become disconnected from themselves along the way.
It's for the person who has done the therapy, read the books, attended the workshops, listened to the podcasts, and gathered countless insights about why they are the way they are, but still finds themselves longing for something deeper than understanding.
You may find yourself constantly thinking, planning, analyzing, researching, or trying to figure out the next step. You may know exactly what your patterns are and still feel stuck in them. You may be the one others lean on while privately carrying exhaustion, overwhelm, grief, uncertainty, or a longing for more connection.
Perhaps there is a part of you that knows there is more available, not more information, but a deeper relationship with yourself. A desire to trust your own inner knowing. To remember the wisdom, intuition, and strength that have always existed within you beneath the noise, expectations, responsibilities, and self-doubt.
This retreat may be especially supportive if:
No prior experience with meditation, somatic work, or spiritual practice is needed. All levels of experience and awareness are welcome.
This retreat is held with a trauma-informed, consent-based approach. Participation is always optional, sharing is invitational, and listening is practiced without fixing, advising, or judgment. You are encouraged to honor your own pace, needs, and boundaries throughout the weekend.
If you are longing to feel more present in your life, more connected to yourself, and more rooted in your own power, this space was created with you in mind.
Come exactly as you are.
Together, we'll create space to slow down, listen deeply, remember what has always been within you, and return home to yourself.
Imagine leaving this weekend feeling less at war with yourself.
Imagine trusting your own inner voice a little more and needing outside validation a little less.
Imagine noticing the signals your body has been sending and responding with curiosity and care instead of pushing through, overriding, or criticizing yourself.
Imagine feeling more rooted in who you are and less pulled by expectations, self-doubt, or the pressure to constantly improve.
You may not leave with every answer, but you may leave with something even more valuable: a different relationship with yourself. A relationship built on listening instead of forcing, trust instead of constant questioning, compassion instead of criticism, and presence instead of performance.
You may find it easier to recognize what is truly yours and what you've been carrying for others. Easier to hear your own needs, desires, boundaries, and intuition beneath the noise of daily life.
You'll return home with practical tools for nervous system regulation, deeper body awareness, and a felt understanding of what it means to slow down enough to hear yourself again.
You'll experience the healing power of being witnessed without needing to be fixed, and the reminder that healing does not happen in isolation. We are wired for connection, and there is something profoundly transformative about being seen, accepted, and supported exactly as you are.
Most importantly, you'll leave with a deeper sense of belonging—to yourself, to the land, to your own inner wisdom, and to the community around you.
Not as a fleeting weekend experience, but as a remembrance of something that has been within you all along, something you can continue returning to long after the retreat ends.
