If you spend your days attuning, regulating, listening, witnessing, and holding what is tender, complex, and often heavy.... this gathering is for you.
Therapists Supporting Therapists is a facilitated gathering created for therapists and clinical professionals. A space where those who hold others are invited to be held.
In a role that asks you to witness, contain, and carry, there is a quiet need for places where you do not have to explain. Where you are not performing. Where you can set down "the professional" and just be a person in a space with people who understand. This retreat invites you to soften. To listen inward. To be supported in a circle of others who know the weight and tenderness of this work.
Restorative experiences are gently woven throughout our time together, guided by the rhythms of the nervous system and the natural world. These moments offer space for what has been held to move, settle, and integrate, allowing energy to return and connection to deepen.
Intention: To restore, reconnect, and process.
A nervous-system-aware, trauma-informed container.
Space for creativity, play, and lightness alongside depth.
Time to exhale, take the therapist hat off, and be in community.
Gentle reflection, grounding practices, somatic movement, and optional sharing.
Being seen, heard, and witnessed by peers who truly understand the work.
A reminder that you do not have to carry it all alone.
Reconnecting with your body as a place of grounding, support, and guidance.
Noticing and softening patterns of over-functioning, responsibility, and burnout.
Opportunities to receive support, care, and presence.
Allowing space for creativity, expression, and moments of joy within the work.
Being with what arises, without needing to analyze, fix, or make meaning.
Engaging in restorative activities that support emotional processing and gentle renewal.
Be held in community, without needing to explain, perform, or show up as “the professional.”
(This space is intentionally reserved for therapists to support depth, shared understanding, and professional resonance.)
What this retreat is:
What this retreat is not:

Alissa is a licensed therapist and facilitator who weaves psychology, soul, and body-based practices to support a return to wholeness and reconnection with the natural world.
She creates spaces that are grounded, trauma-informed, and deeply relational, where people can slow down, listen inward, and feel supported in being fully human. Her approach honors the nervous system and soul as sources of intelligence, and the land as an active partner in healing.
She is especially passionate about creating spaces for therapists to be held, recognizing the quiet weight of the work, as well as the need for intentional spaces that support restoration and recovery. Her work invites those who support others to soften, receive, and be supported in community.

This is an invitation to step out of your role and be held, not just the one who holds. You don’t have to carry it all alone. If your body is asking for restoration, connection, or something softer, we invite you to join us on the land. Spots are intentionally limited to keep the space intimate. If this resonates, you are warmly welcome here.
